Day 24 – Workout

WOD:

5 Rounds for time:

  • 9 Deadlifts (60kg)
  • 6 Hang Power Snatches (60kg)
  • 3 Overhead Squats (60kg)

Results: 9:11 (50kg)

Notes: Went heaver than all but Ryan & Randy, and had one of the slower times, but I think the heaver weight justified things.

STRENGTH:

  • 60 GHD (including 10 w/2kg plate, 10 w/3.75kg plate)
  • 30 Pushups
  • 10 Pullups
  • 30 SHoulder Press (20kg)
