WOD:

Baseline:
500m row, 40 squats, 30 situps, 20 pushups, 10 pullups

Time: 4:27

Notes: Finished row in 1:35, legs were fried though, which caused several breaks in the air squats.

Strength:

Bench Press

10-60kg, 2-80kg, 2-90kg, 1-100kg

Notes: Hit my recorded 1RM for bench!  Next time, I want to PR.
