Day 3 – Workout

WOD:

7 RFT:
3 Heavy Cleans(70kg -4rds, 60kg -3rds), 4 Handstand Pushups

Time: 8:59

Notes: Crushed the first 3 rounds, was inevitably destroyed by the handstand pushups.

STRENGTH:

Back Squat
3 – 70%, 3 – 80%, Max Rep – 90%

70kg, 80kg, 90kg (3)

Notes: Right kneecap was bothering me.  Felt kinda loose, painful to squat too much.
