Day 5 – Workout

WOD:

20m AMRAP:
400m Run + 20 Deadlifts

Results: 5 rounds + 400m run + 5 deadlifts

STRENGTH:

Shoulder Press:
3 – 70%, 3 – 80%, MAX Rep – 90%  (1RM = 67kg)

45kg, 55kg, 60kg – 7 reps

Notes: Great workout today.  Tweaked by back on the WOD in round 2… tried to keep good form, keep it loose, and finished the wod pretty strong!
