  • Turkish Getups (53lb KB)
  • Wall Balls (20lb)
  • Overhead Plate Lunges (45lb)
  • Burpees

Time: 19:38 (w/35lb KB)

Notes: 21-15-9 is a TOUCH schema with Turkish Getups… feels like you’re on the floor forever.

STRENGTH:

Bear Complex – a couple rounds of 3reps with 40kg
