Day 10 – Workout

WOD:

3 Rounds for time:

  • 7 Muscle-ups
  • 21 Thrusters (35kg)

Time: 9:49 (w/30kg, and 14 MU progressions per round)

Notes: TIRED!  I was sore, tired, and just worn out before even starting the WOD.  Still managed to get a top time though!

STRENGTH:

I did a real muscle-up after the WOD… just to see if I still could do one.
