Day 11 – Workout

WOD:

5-5-5-5-5 Deadlifts

Results: 80kg, 90kg, 95kg, 100kg, 105kg

STRENGTH:

Deadlift: 1 – 110kg, 1 – 115kg, 1 – 120kg
Bench Press: 12 – 60kg, 5 – 80kg, 8 – 70kg

Notes: Is it weird that deadlift day felt like a rest day?  I’m STILL sore from the ab-work on Monday! (45 GHD’s + 45 Toes-to-bar)
