  • 60kg Cleans
  • GHD Situps

Results: 6:50 Rx’d

STRENGTH:

Back Squats

5 – 80kg, 5 – 90kg, 7 – 100kg

Notes: Watching Kevin hit this WOD Rx’d inspired me to do the same.  Ended up doing pretty well, so thanks KO!
