WOD:

For Time:

  • Run 1000m
  • 100 Pushups
  • 10 Snatches – 60kg

Results: 14:56 w/50kg

Notes: Run went GREAT, Pushups killed me, failed first 3 60kg snatch attempts – so went down to 50kg

STRENGTH:

Snatch Work – 3-3-3

Results: 40kg, 50kg, 60kg
