WOD:

4 Rounds for time:

  • 800m run
  • 7 bear complexes (40kg)

Time: 25:43 Rx’d

Notes: Shoulders were still hella sore, but ended up with 3rd best time of the day!

STRENGTH:

Shoulder Press: 5 – 40%, 3 – 50%, Max Rep – 60%

Results: 5 – 25kg, 3 – 33kg, 7 – 42kg
