WOD:

3 rounds for time:

  • Bear Crawl (50ft)
  • 3 Burpees
  • Broad Jump (50ft)
  • 3 Burpees

Result: 1:19

Notes: Fastest time of the day!

STRENGTH:

Front Squat:
2,2,2,2,2,2

Result: 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 80kg, 90kg

Notes: Stopped at 90kg because i almost failed
