Day 23 – Workout

WOD:

20 minute AMRAP:

  • 18 box jumps
  • 15 toes-to-bar
  • 12 pullups

Result: 6 rounds + 36 reps

Notes: Tied for 3rd best time. Could’ve gone faster if my pullups had been better.

STRENGTH:

Shoulder Press:
5 – 65%, 5 – 70%, MaxRep – 75%

Result: 5 – 40kg, 5 – 45kg, 7 – 50kg
